When you sign up to a new AI tool through your personal Vest tracked link, the tool's affiliate program pays us a rev-share. We pass 5–10% of your subscription cost directly back to you as cashback. This repeats every month you stay subscribed.
Vest works for new subscriptions — tools you sign up to through your tracked link for the first time. If you're already subscribed to a tool, you'd need to start a fresh account through your Vest link to earn cashback on it.
Cashback starts as Pending (30–90 days depending on the tool's affiliate hold window) then moves to Available. You'll see both balances clearly in your dashboard and get notified when each transitions.
Once your balance is Available, you can withdraw via gift cards (2,000+ options, instant delivery), PayPal, or bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal is $3.
No. Spending-based cashback is classified as a rebate — not income — so no 1099 is issued and it's not taxable. This is a deliberate design choice: all cashback is tied to actual subscription spend.
